- Signed CDs will be shipped after the sale ends, following these steps:

  1. Artist signing process (approximately 3~4 weeks)

  2. Shipping preparation (approximately 5~7 days)

- Posters and other components may not be included with the SIGNED CD shipment.

- After the sale period ends, simple exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted.

- The schedule above is subject to change depending on product preparation.

- Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with regular sale items.

These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange."

"- If returning the product for any reason, the included photocard must also be returned.

If the photocard is missing, the return may be denied."

- The outer case is designed to protect the product and is not eligible for exchange or return due to minor damage, discoloration, or contamination that may occur during shipping.

- For international shipping, delivery may take 7~15 additional business days (excluding weekends and holidays) beyond the scheduled dispatch date, depending on regional conditions.
