These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange. - If returning the product for any reason, the included photocard must also be returned.If the photocard is missing, the return may be denied.
- The outer case is designed to protect the product and is not eligible for exchange or return due to minor damage, discoloration, or contamination that may occur during shipping.
- For international shipping, delivery may take 7~15 additional business days (excluding weekends and holidays) beyond the scheduled dispatch date, depending on regional conditions.
