  • Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with regular sale items.
  • Due to the nature of the material and production process, minor scratches, dots, smudges, dents, or ink spots may occur on photocards.
    These are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.
  • If returning the product for any reason, the included photocard must also be returned.If the photocard is missing, the return may be denied.
  • The outer case is designed to protect the product and is not eligible for exchange or return due to minor damage, discoloration, or contamination that may occur during shipping.
  • For international shipping, delivery may take 7~15 additional business days (excluding weekends and holidays) beyond the scheduled dispatch date, depending on regional conditions.
