[Notice] Change of Arrival Airport for Shipments to Japan

We would like to inform you that the arrival airport for products shipped to Japan will change as outlined below.

• Previous arrival airport: Tokyo Narita International Airport
• New arrival airport: Osaka Kansai International Airport
• Effective date: March 1

Due to ongoing cargo handling delays at Narita Airport,
some shipments have experienced delays in customs clearance and local delivery within Japan.

To provide a more stable and efficient delivery service,
we will change the arrival airport for shipments to Japan to Osaka Kansai International Airport starting March 1.

Following this change, we expect smoother customs clearance and delivery compared to before,
and we will continue to make every effort to provide faster and more reliable shipping services to our customers.
